Support assistant
Ask a question · the assistant answers hereAssistant is typing…
The assistant can answer pay questions (next check, bonus, advances), order status by order # or customer name, work-order changes you confirm with YES, and how-to for the RevBullet apps. Anything it can’t answer goes to the office.
What the assistant can do
- Pay — “What’s on my next check?”, “How much is my bonus?”, “Was I paid for 204118?”, “How much do I owe in advances?”
- Order status — an order # or a customer name: “Status of Jane Smith”
- Work-order changes — install date/time, follow-up date, customer phone or email, a note or a flag for the office: “Move the install for 204118 to Monday 8-10”. It asks you to confirm with YES (or NO) before anything changes.
- Rapid card — “My rapid card is 1234567890” adds your Rapid card ID to your file (after you confirm) when none is on file yet
- How-to — signing in, the pay site, flags and what a status means
- Anything else — it passes it to the office and they follow up

All repsReconciliation
Vendor statements ↔ ordersCases go to the carrier's Disputes / Missing tabs on the nightly sync; Northline Fiber's answers are read back each night. Clear answers are marked automatically (auto); everything else waits here. Resolved (paid) and Denied change the order status. A chargeback dispute resolved paid reverses the clawback — released if not taken yet, otherwise a credit on the next check — so the rep is never left docked. Only the reason / question is sent to Northline Fiber, never internal notes.
Items the Northline Fiber tracker reconcile (task1, twice a day) only proposes: status updates that need approval, URGENT - MISSING, rows held for Regional Missing & Disputes, multi-order conflicts and INSTALL PAID reviews. Approve sets the order to the proposed status (it refuses if the order changed since the proposal). Reject records your note and changes nothing. A later run that no longer proposes an item marks it superseded; an order that already has the proposed status shows applied elsewhere.
Payroll
Checks on the 1st & 15thPer rep — unsettled
Unsettled = every work order, advance, expense and bonus with no settled date yet. Tap a rep for the rows.
Pay runs
One row per check (pay date). Tap a run for each rep’s net and payout, then a rep for the lines and the ledger rows they settled.
Rep comp
Tier · advance cap · 120-day bonus · plan ratesThe pay tier sets the install pay (Plan rates) for every unpaid install; the 120-day bonus is paid on 1GB+ installs that survive 120 days (sub-1GB plans earn none). Changes apply on the next check and are logged (who / when / old → new).
Fixed-dollar install pay per plan and tier. Editing a rate changes it for every install not yet paid. 120-day bonus = the plan qualifies for the backend bonus (1GB and up).

User roles
Row-level accessAccess is enforced per role: each role says which customers, orders, reps, pay and reports a user sees (their own, their team’s, or everyone’s), which screens they get, and the sensitive switches. Changes apply immediately to everyone with that role — in the real app the database enforces it.

Sign in as that user for up to an hour — their customers, orders, reps, reports and menu, enforced by the server. Every change is logged under your name; phone, email and the field map stay off. Exit any time from the banner.
